Launch Guide 1 · Ministry Fit

An assessment is a start. A phone call makes it real.

Ministry Fit helps people see how God shaped them to serve. This guide helps your team follow up so each person lands in a role, in about 14 days. We expect your Ministry Fit to be launched when real people have a saved result and a person at your church has followed through.

Which one are you?

Pick your part. You will see only what you need.

Your job: 20 to 30 minutes a week

You run the system. Each result gets a real person's call, and you keep the sheet honest.

  1. Day 0: walk through the three tabs, the hand-raise email and the Wednesday digest, and write down our number (3 to 5).
  2. Check the sheet twice a week: once midweek, once after Sunday.
  3. Route each result to the right ministry leader within 2 days.
  4. Fill in contacted_at and placed_at on the sheet, at least weekly.

Under 50 in attendance, the helper and sponsor roles can combine. The owner stays separate.

Your first 7 days

Three moves in the first week

We expect the first week to decide how the second week goes. Keep it small and do it on time.

1

Day 0: the handoff call

30 minutes with the owner. Walk the three tabs and write down our number.

2

First Sunday: tell people

Share it in a service, in your own words. The sponsor makes it personal.

3

By day 7: a second place and a first check

Use one more place (bulletin, screen, text or small group). Check the sheet twice.

What is inside

One kit. Light on purpose.

Ministry Fit is the lightest system, so the kit is light too. Open the files here, or download them to print.

Launch checklist and tracker guide

Team deck

A 45 minute meeting for your team of 2 to 3.

No prep needed. Walk it together in one sitting.

The follow-up call

Five minutes, one person

The call is where the assessment becomes a role. Try one.

Try it

Hear a first call before you make one

A made up person, Jordan, finished the assessment. Pick the role that stood out and how the call went. Nothing is sent or saved.

The launch test

Four things have to be true by day 14.

Delivered means Multiply built it. Launched means real people used it and a person at your church followed through. If one is missing, it is delivered, not launched yet.

1

An owner

One named person runs it and has been walked through it on the handoff call.

2

An entry point

Shared in a service on the first Sunday, and in one other place before day 14.

3

A first use

Our number of different people have a saved result. Pick yours:

3

Choose 3 to 5. Once you set it, it can go up but not down.

4

A closed loop

Each one is contacted in time and has a named role with a first serving date.

0 of 0 done

    Your team

Two or three people, and one leader for each role.

    20 to 30 min a week

    Owner

Runs the system. Checks the sheet twice a week, routes each result to the right leader within 2 days, fills in the dates.

    10 to 15 min a week

    Follow-up helper

Confirms each contact happened, nudges a leader if 48 hours pass, and keeps the share moments going.

    10 min a week

    Sponsor

A pastor or staff member. Makes the first Sunday share personal and asks leaders to respond fast.

    5 min per match

    Ministry leader

Not on the team, but the most important call. Contacts the person and names a role and a first date.

Under 50 in attendance, the helper and sponsor roles can combine. The owner stays separate.

    The tracker

    Your sheet is the proof.

Multiply can see that people finished the assessment. Only your own records show that a person was contacted and placed. Fill in these columns at least weekly.

    contacted_at

The date a real person reached out: a call, text, email or conversation.

    placed_at

The date a named role with a first serving date was confirmed. Put the serving date in the notes cell.

    Notes

Not ready yet, wants a different role, no answer after two tries. These count as recorded.

Count different people, not rows. A retake or two email addresses is still one person.

    If it stalls

Missing a window is not failing.

It is usually owner time, not the product. On day 11 you get a text from us. On day 14, if you have not launched, we call. No automatic emails, a person does the follow-up.

    Set a new date

If calls are still in flight, you get one slide to day 21. It does not count as a missed window.

    Shrink the scope

Pick the smallest version that passes the test. For example, a number of 3 and one leader.

    Pause with a date

Pick a day to come back. After two missed windows, we pause and write down why together.

Owner overwhelmed? Call the helper first. Then tell Multiply. You will not be left alone with it.

    Questions

    Short answers

No. Multiply never emails your guests or members by itself. Anything personal comes from a person at your church.
That is common. Those people appear on the MemberData tab and in the Wednesday digest, but they do not trigger an email. The owner checks that tab twice a week and contacts them within 7 days of finishing.
The notification team you choose. It can be one shared address or several people. Reach out within 48 hours.
You can raise it, but not lower it. That keeps the goal honest when the work gets busy.
Multiply sees activity, like how many people finished. Only your own records confirm that someone was contacted and placed. That is why the two date columns matter.
Not yet. For now, ask people to screenshot their results on screen. Emailed results are on our roadmap.
After setup, about 40 to 55 minutes a week across the team, and more of that in the first two weeks.
