Whether you are discerning Multiply, onboarding a new Circle, or sitting with an invitation to serve — this guide is for you. Read it before you decide. Share it before you ask.

This guide is for you if

Three kinds of people land on this page.

01

You are a pastor considering Multiply.

You want to understand what the Circle actually looks like in practice before you commit. This guide answers what you would be asking your people to do — the roles, the rhythms, the time commitment, the formation arc. Read it before the conversation.

02

You are onboarding your first Circle.

You have said yes. Now you need a resource to put in the hands of the people you are about to invite. This page is shareable in two clicks — prefilled text ready for SMS or email. The guide does the explaining so you do not have to.

03

You have been invited to discern a seat.

Someone who trusts you sent you here. The one-page role summaries inside the guide are what you came for — preview your specific role before you download anything. You will know by the time you finish reading whether this is yours to carry.

During your 30-day trial

You do not need a full Circle to start. You need one person — close to the pastor, willing to submit a Sunday evening note. That person is functioning as a provisional Movement Anchor. If the trial works, the full Circle conversation follows. This is usually the first confirmed seat.

ROLE 02
Story Steward
Tends the stories the system captures and the stories still living in people.

The Multiply Team walks with every Circle pre-launch.

Before your Circle is public and before the first experience goes out, the Multiply Team is in it with you. We help establish the roles, orient each member to their specific function, support the discernment process, and stay close through the early months. The Circle is yours to carry — the support is ours to give.

Three honest next steps depending on where you are. None of them are traps.

"The prayer came first. The choosing came after. The night on the mountain was not preparation for the real work — it was the real work."
