The Role
Your primary function
Be an avid student of your congregation for 30 days.
What This Means
You are not a tech coordinator. You are not running a program. Multiply handles the infrastructure. Your job is to pay careful attention to what is actually happening among your people — and bring what you notice to three brief check-ins.
Your Five Responsibilities

Observe, weekly. After each Sunday, take 10 minutes to note 3–5 things you noticed. Not data — honest observation.

Listen actively. Three real conversations per week with congregation members. Informal. No agenda. What are they experiencing?

Surface friction early. If something isn't working — tell Multiply within 48 hours. Don't wait for the next check-in.

Encourage participation. You are the human face of the experience inside the church. Your enthusiasm is part of the launch.

Keep a weekly note. 3–5 bullets after each week. These feed directly into the Case Study your church receives at Day 30.
What You Are Not
Outside your scope
You are not responsible for the technology. You are not tech support. You are not managing a rollout. You do not need to know how the platform works behind the scenes. Multiply handles all of that. Your job begins and ends with your congregation.
